Disclaimer of Liability:

1st Liability for contents
The content of my website has been created with the greatest possible care. However, I do not guarantee that this content is correct, complete, up to date and appealing. According to § 7 Abs. 1 TMG I am responsible for the content, even if this was ordered.
Pursuant to §§ 8,9 and 10 TMG, I have no obligation to monitor third party information that has been transmitted or stored, or to collect information from third parties or to raise circumstances that indicate unlawful activities.
This does not affect my obligation to block or remove information resulting from general laws.
However, I am only liable in the moment when I become aware of a concrete violation of rights. Then the appropriate content will be removed immediately.

2nd Liability for Links
My website contains links that lead to external websites of third parties, but I have no influence on their content. It is therefore not possible for me to take any responsibility for these contents.
The responsibility for this always lies with the provider/operator of the respective website. I examine the linked websites in their entirety at the time of linking for a possible violation of the law.
However, I cannot be expected to constantly monitor the content of the linked internet pages without a concrete indication. However, if I become aware of an infringement, I will immediately remove the corresponding link, I can do that.

3rd copyright
The contents of my website are, as far as possible, protected by copyright. It requires a written permission of the creator for those who reproduce, edit, distribute or use the contents.
Downloading and copying of my website is permitted in writing for both private and commercial use. I would like to point out that I have always respected the copyright of third parties with regard to the contents of my website, insofar as they were not created by me.
If you tell me that you still found a copyright infringement, I would appreciate it. I can then remove the content in question immediately and would no longer infringe copyright.

4th protection of privacy
My website can be used regularly without providing personal data. If such data (e. g. name, address or e-mail) should be collected, this is done voluntarily or only with the express consent of you and me to hide.
The transmission of data on the Internet is fraught with security vulnerabilities. It is therefore possible that third parties may gain access to this data. Seamless protection is not possible, even if it is praiseworthy.
I disagree to the use of my contact data at this point, in order to send me advertising material/information material/spam mails that I have not requested. If this were to happen, however, I would have to consider legal action.
